About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional proficient in administrative tasks such as calendar management, email correspondence, and database upkeep. As a proactive problem-solver and effective communicator, you take pride in your ability to streamline processes and contribute to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative duties including email correspondence, call management, and appointment scheduling.
  • Serve as a liaison between tenants, supervisors, and vendors for the property manager.
  • Assist in drafting leases, screening tenants, and maintaining compliance.
  • Create SOPs and process documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in web-based project management tools and office software.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling.
  • Must reside in the Philippines.
