As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and inputting data efficiently.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and dispute resolution
• Navigate through systems to accurately document customer interactions and updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
Knowledge & Skills
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer navigation and data entry
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
• Adaptability to changing processes and procedures
Education / Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
