This position is needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Divisions of Unemployment Insurance. Project work will include application design and development, both new development and modifications to existing code.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, in Agile Scrum development environments.
- Well experienced in .NET 4.8 or greater, C#, Oracle, SQL, DB2 or PostgreSQL
- Experience participating in the testing process through test review and analysis.
- Senior level Microsoft .Net Web Developer capabilities – ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Ability to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Web Accessibility coding
- WCF – Windows Communication Foundation
- Experience writing web APIs in C# .NET environment.
- GCP
- Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD’s environments will be especially valuable.
