We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and self-motivated QA Test Lead to join our Games Studio at Netflix. As the ideal candidate, you will be a team player with an appreciable knowledge of the software testing life cycle, as well as a natural problem-solver who can take initiative in a dynamic environment.
We need someone who thrives on collaboration, communication, and innovation. If you have a deep understanding of game development and testing, plus a commitment to quality, then you’re the person we’re looking for!
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as a QA Test Lead in the gaming industry, with a strong background in manual and automated testing. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills and a working knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
