  • Handle general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Administration Officer to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
