Analyst – Member Communications Operations – Work From Home

Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing the execution of multi-channel communications, including the cost estimates, schedules, meetings/agenda/recaps, template management, proofing and quality control, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors on execution of communications. This position manages multiple projects of low to medium complexity as assigned by management. As needed, suggest updates to standards and procedures to necessitate the continued training throughout the team. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects. Teams involved with coordination efforts include, but not limited to: Brand Compliance, Creative, IT, Vendors, Account Teams, Eligibility and Member Experience.

• Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
• Knowledge of task based workflow tools like Aprimo
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project
• Knowledge of Sales Force
• General Understanding of PBM Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in an operations capacity specifically in project management. Prior experience in the following industries: operations, communications, print or marketing. Acrobat/Adobe and/or In-Design experience preferred.

Education

Preferred Associate’s And/or Bachelor’s Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 – $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
