Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Office Manager with a sales or retail background. You will oversee a team of sales-minded patient care advocates, helping to connect individuals to life-saving treatments. In this role, you will play a vital part of our team within our clinic by becoming the expert on Psychiatric Interventions, i.e. TMS and Ketamine. This position is part of our management growth plan, with a fast growth opportunity into leadership positions (Operations Management, Regional Management, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • After the provider selects a treatment plan for a patient, it’s your job to get the patient educated, hopeful, and started.
  • Ownership of patient outcomes including follow up on insurance, patient scheduling needs, and overcoming patient concerns.
  • Lead and hold team accountable to company metrics.
  • Willingness to cross train and be the fallback for other roles in the clinic as needed.
  • Responsibility to be in clinic during providers work hours.

Qualifications

  • No healthcare experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • At least 3-4+ years of sales experience or marketing.
  • Past leadership/supervisor experience

By Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position has a salary of 60,000 annually.
