What You’ll Do

As the Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in our operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate and Coordinate: Form strong partnerships with Walmart and lead cross-functional teams from concept to delivery, ensuring everyone’s on the same page and moving towards success.

Excel at the Basics: Maintain exceptional standards in service and supply, ensuring that we’re always delivering our best.

Target Success: Understand and agree on key performance indicators (KPIs) with Walmart, and consistently report on our progress.

 

Drive Efficiency: Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), deductions management, and order smoothing.

Innovate for Satisfaction: Challenge the status quo to boost customer satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.

Lead with Influence: Demonstrate leadership skills that inspire and influence others across the organization.

Partner with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to design cost-effective delivery solutions that maximize sales opportunities.

Travel: Be ready to travel up to 25% to collaborate and build relationships.

 

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table. Key qualifications include:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Alternatively, 3-5 years of customer experience in customer service, supply chain, or sales.

 

Project Leadership: Proven success in leading projects and initiatives that require both commercial and supply chain knowledge.

Collaboration: Experience in leading cross-functional business development projects.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is $92,000.00 – $105,000.00, with eligibility for a 15% annual bonus.
