This role provides temporary administrative support and assistance.

 

  • Provides back office administrative support as assigned.
  • Leverages the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, often in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provides assistance and logistical support for departmental projects of varying scopes and sizes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This is not a remote job and will require in-office work.

 

Required

 

  • Previous experience in administrative duties including scheduling, calendar management, data entry, coordination, and planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and prepare highly professional and confidential correspondence.
  • Self-starter with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • An ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Depending on the assignment, some travel may be required.
  • Proven reliability and an excellent attendance record.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

 

Preferred

 

  • An Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Data analysis experience.
