Responsibilities:
- Accurately assign codes to medical procedures and diagnoses based on documentation provided.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry changes and continuously enhance coding knowledge and skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Pharma, Lifescience, Biomedical, Biotech, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with prior coding experience are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
