Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support: Engage with Netflix subscribers via live chat to assist them with various data entry tasks, including updating account information, resolving billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update subscriber data within Netflix’s systems while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
