Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Assistant at our location in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with strong presentation and communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

– Assist customers with inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Stay informed on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

 

Requirements:

 

– 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
– Proficiency in using online chat platforms and email
– High school diploma or equivalent
