Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms. Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer information effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to relevant teams. Proactively suggest enhancements to products or processes based on customer input.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share customer insights and trends to inform strategic decisions.
