Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Online Customer Service Representatives. In this remote role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing general product information.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of FedEx services, policies, and procedures.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to excellent service by consistently meeting performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
