About your Role:

As a Respite Care Provider, you will work within our community-based program, providing services to clients at home and in the community. This service provides temporary relief to parents/guardians/primary care takers for youth and adolescents with behavioral health diagnoses and/or severe emotional disturbances.

Does the following apply to you?

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid/CPR Certified
  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Active Family Support Certification; OR
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and active car insurance
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (HER) system a plus
  • Satisfactory results of ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks
