Job Title: Remote Customer Service Agent

Job Summary: As a Remote Customer Service Agent at Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring passengers receive outstanding assistance and support throughout their travel experience. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide essential information regarding flight bookings, baggage, reservations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
