We are seeking a highly analytical Google Ads Assistant to support our internal Google Ad Managers. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing Q&A support, assisting with the analysis of Google Ads campaigns, and ensuring adherence to our high-level management practices and clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is pivotal in enhancing our team’s efficiency and effectiveness in managing Google Ads campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a support system for our Google Ads Managers by providing timely and accurate answers to questions related to Google Ads campaigns.
Assist in the analysis of campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and insights.
Ensure strict adherence to our SOPs and high-level management directives when supporting campaign strategies and execution.
Collaborate with the Google Ads team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads best practices, trends, and updates.
Facilitate communication between team members to ensure a cohesive approach to campaign management and optimization.
This role does not require active management or changes made to client accounts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Google Ads management and optimization practices.
Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to dissect performance data and derive meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player attitude, willing to work collaboratively with internal teams and adhere to established processes and guidelines.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement related to
Google Ads. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.
