Responsibilities: –

Handle customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner – Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through problem-solving steps – Educate clients on product features and benefits – Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions – Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues – Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates – Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: –

1 year of experience in customer service or support role – Confident and adaptable personality traits – Strong negotiation and cooperation skills – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
