Our Vice President of Recruiting Operations is accountable for successful direction of:

* Leading a team of Recruiting & Onboarding Managers, Recruiting Strategists, and Onboarding Specialists
* Driving a high performing culture by holding employees accountable to meeting and exceeding established goals/expectations
* Developing digital strategies to drive efficiency in the recruiting platform
* Educating Client and Talent Services leadership on recruitment process, stay abreast of recruitment and market trends, and continually work with team to build a pipeline of talent
* Building client relationships with client contacts at all levels of an organization

Essential Skills:

* Solid business knowledge in high volume recruitment and onboarding and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization
* Solid overall communication (both verbal and writing) including negotiation skills
* Knowledge of leading industry practices and services in order to make viable recommendations on key strategy and process
* Proven ability to mentor and guide teams, including those who may be onsite, offsite or working remote
* Results driven and deadline oriented

Seeking minimum of 10 years of high volume recruiting or related staffing operations management and 5+ years of people leadership and/or related area of expertise. To be considered candidates must live in the Kelly Education South Region, USA, which includes the following states: MO, TX, AR, LA, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, KS, FL. Must have the ability to travel to client and implementation meetings 40-50%.
