Job Position: Sitel Work from Home Pay

• Meet or exceed quality and performance metrics

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Resilience and ability to handle challenging customers with composure
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
