RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for Apple customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Assistance: Assist users with troubleshooting technical issues related to Apple products, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution.
