Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the designated systems.
  • Stay updated on Walgreens’ products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations or healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
