Information Technology System Analyst

Job Description –

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT systems and

applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

• Design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions that align with business goals.

• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or modifications.

• Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and resolve system-related problems.

• Ensure systems and applications are secure, reliable, and scalable.

• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

• Stay current with technological advancements and industry trends.

• Train end-users on new systems and applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).

• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.
