What You Will Do:

Monday to Friday:
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Morning Routine & Breakfast
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Check Emails & Review Daily Tasks
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Work Block 1 (Focused Work)
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Work Block 2 (Focused Work)
- 3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Short Break & Stretch
- 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Work Block 3 (Focused Work)
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Wrap-Up Tasks, Respond to Emails
- 6:00 PM onwards: Free Time / Personal Activities
Saturday & Sunday:
- Flexible Hours: Depending on workload and deadlines, you may need to put in a few hours during the weekend. Plan these hours according to your availability and workload.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
