What You Will Do:

  1. Monday to Friday:8:00 AM – 8:30 AM:
    • Check emails and prioritize tasks for the day.

    8:30 AM – 9:30 AM:

    • Review any new Amazon orders, process them, and update the inventory.

    9:30 AM – 10:30 AM:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email or Amazon Seller Central, addressing any concerns or questions.

    10:30 AM – 11:30 AM:

    • Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and trends.

    11:30 AM – 12:30 PM:

    • Prepare and schedule social media posts promoting Amazon products.

    12:30 PM – 1:30 PM:

    • Lunch break.

    1:30 PM – 2:30 PM:

    • Update product listings with any necessary changes or optimizations.

    2:30 PM – 3:30 PM:

    • Monitor and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, adjusting bids and keywords as needed.

    3:30 PM – 4:30 PM:

    • Work on any ongoing projects, such as launching new products or optimizing listings for better visibility.

    4:30 PM – 5:00 PM:

    • Wrap up the day by reviewing tasks completed, updating to-do lists for the next day, and checking emails for any last-minute requests.

    Saturday and Sunday:

    10:00 AM – 12:00 PM:

    • Catch up on any pending tasks from the week, such as responding to emails or updating listings.

    12:00 PM – 1:00 PM:

    • Lunch break.

    1:00 PM – 3:00 PM:

    • Work on personal development, such as taking online courses related to Amazon seller tools, marketing strategies, or customer service techniques.

    3:00 PM – 5:00 PM:

    • Optional: Engage in networking activities, join virtual assistant forums or groups, or participate in webinars related to Amazon seller best practices.

    Feel free to adjust the timings and tasks according to your preferences and workload. It’s important to maintain a balance between work tasks, personal development, and self-care even while working from home.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with its various tools and features.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.
  6. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
