Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Technician at 360ad Limited. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as technical drawing, creating construction drawings, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to assist in all aspects of architecture, including but not limited to producing designs for construction documentation, assisting in the preparation of planning applications, and producing detailed drawings for construction in line with architects’ or clients’ specifications.

Qualifications

  • Architectural Technology and Architecture skills
  • Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings skills
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Familiarity with REVIT software is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with team members and clients
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant professional certifications and experience with industry-standard software is a plus.
