Responsibilities:

    Preparation: Log in to the chat system, review any updates or announcements, and familiarize yourself with recent FAQs or guidelines.

    9:15 AM – 10:00 AM
    Engagement Phase: Respond promptly to incoming chats from customers. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.

    10:00 AM – 10:15 AM
    Break: Take a short 15-minute break to relax and recharge. Stretch, grab a snack, or engage in a quick activity to refresh your mind.

    10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
    Continued Engagement: Resume responding to incoming chats. Maintain a positive attitude and actively listen to customers’ needs, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

    11:00 AM – 11:15 AM
    Knowledge Enhancement: Use this time to review any new product features, service updates, or policies. Brush up on relevant information to better assist customers.

    11:15 AM – 12:00 PM
    Engagement Phase: Conclude the shift by addressing any remaining chats and ensuring all inquiries are appropriately handled. Bid farewell to customers courteously and professionally.
