Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer with a strong background in UI/UX to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
• Bachelor degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.

Working Hours:
