Responsibilities:

    Preparation and Setup

    – Log in to work portal/software.

    – Review any updates or announcements from the supervisor.

    – Ensure all necessary tools (computer, headset, etc.) are functioning properly.

    9:15 AM – 10:00 AM
    Training and Learning

    – Engage in any ongoing training modules or sessions provided.

    – Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and products/services.

    10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
    Morning Chat Session 1

    – Log into the chat support system.

    – Start responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

    10:30 AM – 10:45 AM
    Break

    – Take a short break to stretch, grab a snack, or relax.

    10:45 AM – 11:15 AM
    Morning Chat Session 2

    – Resume responding to customer inquiries.

    11:15 AM – 11:30 AM
    Feedback and Improvement

    – Review any feedback provided by supervisors or customers.

    – Identify areas of improvement and note down any questions or concerns.

    11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
    Closing Tasks

    – Complete any pending customer chats.

    – Log out of the chat support system.

    – Submit any necessary reports or documentation.

    – Review tasks for the next shift (if applicable).

    End of Shift
