What’s a typical day as a Remote Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
– Logging and tracking all client requests.
– Distributing client updates, requests, and necessary information to appropriate staff.
– Managing monthly reports as needed.
– Collaborating with management, IT, FSE/DC, and CFM staff to meet client expectations.
– Monitoring the quality and accuracy of all outgoing printed material for clients.
– Training and updating CRRs (Client Relations Representatives) regarding clients’ products and programs.
– Assisting with training, coordination, and development of materials when necessary.
– Documenting and updating procedures and daily processes as necessary.
– Recommending corrective services to address customer complaints.
– Answering inbound phone lines related to clients and providing requested information in a timely manner.
– Serving as a back-up in the call center as needed.
