    • Log in to work systems and check emails for any updates or instructions.
  • 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM (45 mins):
    • Begin data entry tasks.
    • Inputting data into spreadsheets or databases.
    • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
  • 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM (15 mins):
    • Short break.
    • Stretching or quick walk to refresh.
  • 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM (1 hour):
    • Continue with data entry tasks.
    • Double-checking entries for accuracy.
  • 11:15 AM – 11:30 AM (15 mins):
    • Brief rest and refreshment break.
  • 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM (30 mins):
    • Finalize any pending tasks.
    • Prepare summary of completed work for the day.
  • 12:00 PM:
    • End of shift. Log out of work systems.

  Note: This schedule is designed for a 3-hour work period with a focus on data entry tasks, allowing for short breaks to maintain productivity and focus. Adjustments can be made based on specific job requirements or preferences.
