Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Details

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies
  • Experience with prototype development and testing
  • Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems and production metrics tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Develop and design robust manufacturing concepts to simplify/improve manufacturing processes to ensure best practice, performing structural and thermal analyses of components and assemblies, building prototypes, evaluating performance, identifying issues, and make improvements
  • Institute quality control procedures to resolve quality control procedures
  • Create and maintain required manufacturing process documentation including detailed work instructions, process flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing
