ring for a large utility-scale solar project just outside Trinidad, Colorado.

We’re Currently hiring general laborers interested in learning utility-scale ground mount solar construction,
experienced installers, apprentice electricians, and licensed journeymen. Candidates will be helping to construct the electrical portion of a 150MW 235,000 panel solar array.

Job Duties:

• Installing panels
• Assembling racking
• Torqueing bolts/nuts/fixtures
• Wire management
• String wire
• Inverter installation
• Trenching
• Conduit bending
• Material staging and other labor duties
• The project will last over one year and candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.

Pay: 23.00/hr for labor/install crews.
Training is provided for people with previous construction experience, along with PPE, etc.
Full-time work, OT after 40 hours
