Senior Equipment Service Technician-Phone Fix (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot equipment issues (e.g., beverage vending, dispensing) via telephone or video conferencing to minimize customer downtime and service cost
- Contact customers to confirm service or orders and schedule services
- Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners, and Company associates using information systems
- Process order information using Coca-Cola information systems
- Source and facilitate delivery of assets for customers using Coca-Cola information systems and supplier contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a Customer Care Center
- Minimum 1 year of technical/mechanical experience (plumbing, HVAC, equipment service/cooler services)
- 10% travel required

- Experience in a beverage distribution or similar industry
