What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create class rosters and enroll participants in training classes
- Manage AO Instructor Permissions within the TakeOff LMS Application
- Input scheduled classes into the Learning Network System for the Division
- Monitor class enrollments and assist with enrollments and completion
- Assist with the testing of Learning Network e-learning lessons as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 or more years in a learning management role
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cornerstone LMS experience
- Familiarity with United Learning Systems and experience with Service Now application
