Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain data into the company’s database systems with precision and efficiency.
- Verify accuracy of data input and correct any discrepancies.
- Organize and file documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management processes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
