Objectives of this role:

Seeking full-time remote Accounting Manager to utilize hands-on accounting experience and have an in-depth understanding of accounting principles. The person in this role will bring operational leadership to the accounting team. This role will be the go-to person for day-to-day accounting operations and will report to the CFO.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Assist in the monthly financial close; ensures that all entries and financial statements comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Month end account reconciliations preparation and delegation to accounting staff as appropriate.
• Oversight and assist if required, with invoicing, customer collections and bill payment.
• Manage the internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions.
• Ongoing operational cash management including preparing the 12 week cash projection.
• Employee expense management by ensuring all expenses incurred by employees comply with the company policy.
• Oversight of accounting staff as required.
• Work with CFO and outside auditors to provide needed information for the annual external audit.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

The ideal candidate is required to have the following skills & qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite

Compensation & Reporting

CoachCare offers a competitive base salary and benefits package. This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
