As a business analysis manager on the licensed stores data infrastructure team you will unlock the ability to accurately understand the health of the Licensed Stores business and how to grow it—driving key decision-making across ~15 cross-functional teams.

This role will execute the reporting strategy by building the one place to find data, and play a key role in enabling the business to achieve their strategic goals.

 

As an analytics manager, you will…

 

  • Deliver and sustain the US Licensed Stores reporting environment
  • Extract data from various databases, perform exploratory data analysis, cleanse and aggregate data, and create visual persona-tailored representations of key metrics
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and key performance indicators
  • Act as a connector between business users and technical users by fully understanding and immersing in Licensed Stores business processes and the relationship with data
  • Execute change management for new and existing dashboards, and provide user support
  • Consult, advise, and collaborate with other business units and/or external parties by providing analytical support and data expertise
  • Participate in and/or lead cross-functional teams using standard project management tools and techniques

  • SQL experience (4 years)
  • Smartsheet experience (3 years)
  • Alteryx experience (preferred)
  • Databricks experience (preferred)
  • Project management experience (3 years)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external teams
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
