Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking customer calls.
