Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
