TAI developed a strategic plan to facilitate the continued expansion of the firm. As part of that Strategic Plan, TAI is seeking to bolster our civil engineering team. We are seeking individuals with construction engineering experience in transportation and utility infrastructure to serve in any of the three offices.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The Staff Engineer position will have responsibility for providing design and construction phase services for utility, storm water and roadway improvements. The candidate must have demonstrated technical expertise with a wide range of infrastructure projects and experience serving municipal clients. Furthermore, individuals will be responsible for client engagement, quality assurance/quality control of projects, as well as providing guidance and mentoring to junior members the team. As such this individual must possess outstanding work ethic, excellent communication skills and understand the use of multiple leadership styles.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in civil/ construction engineering with two + years related experience and must have completed the EIT.
Salary
Base Salary Range: $80,000 (2 years) – $95,000 (4 years) per year plus 1.5x overtime.
