AxiomPrint is seeking to add to their team a dedicated and hardworking colleague who values teamwork. This position is responsible for setup, adjustments, and safe operations of various equipment to produce quality finished products within time-sensitive deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing operations such as hemming, grommets, laminating, mounting, cutting and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Able to use a tape measure, hammer, drill, screwdriver, utility knife, levels, ladders, stools, production ruler, and other basic tools.
- Inputting data in the computer, and quality controlling finished products.
- Receiving materials and stocking them, inventory management.
- Packing.
Experience Operating:
- Colex Flatbed Cutter
- Knowledge of CNC cutter is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-year print production experience
- Computer literate
- Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge is a big plus
- Lift up to 50lbs, pull and push heavy material
- Ability to read and comprehend job tickets and instructions
- Team Player- will not leave jobs undone before clocking out
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully
- Able to resolve practical production equipment problems with logical solutions
- Mechanically inclined and production-oriented
- Manufacturing Experience
Traveling:
- Sometimes, in Los Angeles
