Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:

  • Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.
  • Confirms reservations accurately.
  • Communicates members’ needs to other support departments.
  • Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.
Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery:
  • Computer, phone (headset), printer, copier

Non-Essential Functions:

  • Assists in other areas of the department as necessary.
  • Assists in other areas of the company as necessary.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications:
Required::

  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Typing speed minimum of 30 words per minute.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
