Responsibilities

Owns Transport Control Tower (TCT) implementation across all sectors

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution of TCT program on a global scale for Inbound (PO), Fulfillment (STO), Outbound (SO), Brokerage and Service & Productivity
  • Monitor IT solution development and implementation
  • Drive adoption of TCT mandala processes and technologies
  • Establish relationship with OUs and Sectors transportation stakeholders
  • Leverage lessons learned and share best practices
  • Drive the change management and adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Report out to senior leadership as needed sharing critical KPIs and performance
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, obstacles and potential alternatives to solve and ensure project stays on track
  • Partner with Sector/Markets Transportation Teams Deploy/Sustain Control Tower Processes and Technologies
  • Assess in detail transportation processes, identifying opportunities
  • Drive the training and communication
  • Own decisions on:
  • Program Deliverables
  • Resources and budget allocation
  • Influence decisions on:
  • Processes adherence
  • System integration
  • Technological adoption

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 – $242,700 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A minimum 10 years of Supply Chain or Transportation experience, preferably in a multinational or global organization. Extensive experience with automation systems and transportation technologies is crucial
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in various automation software and hardware, digital solutions in Supply Chain
  • Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design and transformation
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain Automation, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, as well as experience in managing and developing talent
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
