Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.

- Familiarity with contact center operations and technology.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
