Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Apple products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, navigation, and usage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Adhere to Apple guidelines and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and privacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Apple products and services.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates (English and French) are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience.
- Experience working with Apple products and troubleshooting technical issues is a plus.
Working Hours
- Part-time position with flexible hours.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
