Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches

- Conduct training sessions to educate clients on IT best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or a related field.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position, with standard office hours. However, occasional evening or weekend work may be required to address urgent issues or complete projects.
