Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile environment, iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
- Bachelor degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Working Hours:
- Flexible, remote work environment with the ability to manage your own schedule.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex design problems.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
