Core responsibilities:
- Drive business operations, operating model, routines, schedules, and all events that correspond with the rhythm of the business
- Build productive and collaborative relationships with leadership and partners to drive operational and organizational improvements

What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership operations, marketing, communications or business planning roles
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling processes through an organization
