– 3 days a week; Thu, Fri and Sun
– Working hours: flexible as long as you get the work done properly and on time
– Fixed pay
You will work with two Shopify online stores and directly with the COO.
This contract includes any new and challenging tasks that come up along the way.
Required Experience:
Must be experienced with
– Shopify including apps, theme
– G suite
– Live chat
– Email customer service
– Order fulfillment with excel/Aliexpress/Dsers/fulfillment centres
– Post Tiktok, FB & IG posts/reels and stories
– Recording UTM tags in spreadsheets
– Winning chargebacks
– Writing skills (for eg, Dissect clips and write storyboard accordingly)
– Analyse profits and ideas to increase profits.
– Contacting influencers to get a certain amount of content every month
Please note we are looking for all rounder not just customer service. There will not be trainings and you are expect to work on your on on the first day.
We will provide guidelines/templates where required and we will answer all questions you have but we cannot train you from scratch.
You must already know how to perform the tasks above.
